DIGICROP Conference – Pheno-Inspect – Digital Experts For Plant Analysis

We are excited to announce that the program and video presentations for this year’s #DIGICROP Conference are now available online. Our contribution and many other insightful videos about the latest developments in digital agriculture can be found here: https://digicrop.de.

Agriculture and plant breeding present numerous challenges for those involved. Questions such as “How are the plants growing?”, “Where are stress symptoms occurring?”, “What weeds or plant diseases are present in the field?” and “Which varieties perform well under specific environmental or cultivation conditions?” require significant time and effort to collect and analyze data. Phenotyping, or measuring the appearance of plants, remains a complex, time-consuming, and expensive process.

PhenoInspect GmbH develops state-of-the-art image processing software for agriculture and plant breeding, aiming to automate plant measurement and digitally capture the condition and performance of plants in the field. By utilizing artificial intelligence, we create “digital experts” capable of analyzing plants and supporting or even replacing the human eye in the field. This is achieved by evaluating high-resolution RGB, multispectral, or hyperspectral image data.

Participating in the #DIGICROP Conference provides an excellent opportunity to showcase our innovative solutions to a broad audience of professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts in agriculture and plant breeding. We are proud to be part of this event and seize the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with others and learn about the latest developments in the industry.
